Celebrating 15 Years: Tracy and Eileen’s Story at Kane Hall Barry Neurology

We’re so excited to celebrate two of our incredible infusion nurses, Tracy and Eileen, as they reach an amazing milestone—15 years with Kane Hall Barry Neurology.

Their compassion, teamwork, and dedication to our patients have helped shape our infusion team into what it is today.
When Tracy started, there were only three providers—Dr. Kane, Dr. Hall, and Dr. Barry—and just one location in Bedford. “Back then, we infused only a handful of medications, and we worked out of an exam room with three or four chairs,” she remembers. “Now, we administer nearly 20 different medications in a dedicated infusion suite with nine chairs.”

Before coming to Kane Hall Barry Neurology, Tracy worked at St. Paul Hospital and later as a travel nurse. That’s actually where she first met Eileen, who would later become her coworker and friend.

Tracy is married to her husband, Robi, and together they have two sons and five grandchildren. “They are my world,” she says with a smile. She also has five dogs and loves to travel. She’s been to Germany, Japan, and Hawaii, and she’s a huge sports fan. While she cheers for the Dallas Cowboys and Mavericks, her heart still holds a special place for the Green Bay Packers. Tracy also loves to read—David Baldacci is one of her favorite authors—and she enjoys watching FBI and The Amazing Race. Her go-to restaurant? Pappasito’s.

Eileen’s journey also began at St. Paul Hospital, where she first connected with Tracy. She says working alongside Tracy for over 20 years has been a pleasure. “I work with three amazing nurses who are knowledgeable, passionate, and truly dedicated to our patients.”

When she’s not at work, Eileen enjoys quiet time. “I like to relax, and if I start to feel guilty for not doing anything, I’ll rearrange a closet or my cupboards,” she laughs. She’s single, has no kids—“and no regrets,” she adds. “I love kids. They’re little comedians.” She’s a proud cat mom to the cutest tuxedo cat alive.

Eileen’s family is spread across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. She hasn’t been to her most exciting destination yet but is dreaming of Iceland, Finland, and spending time in the polar north. She loves British comedies and anything by Mel Brooks. Her taste in music is broad—everything from R&B and reggae to jazz, classic country, salsa, and music from across the African continent. Mary Stewart is one of her favorite authors. As for her favorite quote? “It’s not the destination, it’s the journey,” she says with a grin.

Looking ahead, both Tracy and Eileen are excited about the future—especially the move to our new building and infusion suite. Their long-standing friendship and commitment to excellent patient care continue to inspire everyone around them.

Congratulations, Tracy and Eileen. We’re so grateful for everything you do and proud to celebrate 15 incredible years with you.
