We are on Medicare Part B and most popular PPO plans. For specific plan information, view the list of insurances we accept. When you call to schedule an appointment, make sure to have your insurance information handy, as the insurance plans we accept are subject to change. There are many factors that determine the cost of a visit. For instance, if you are filing with insurance, your cost may be less based on your particular plan’s coverage.  Even when using insurance, some plans require you to meet a deductible before they share the costs, some require you to pay a percentage of each visit, and others require you to reach a total out of pocket before they begin paying for your care.  Testing is typically covered differently than office visits, so you may find that your typical copay doesn’t apply.  In addition, we are a specialty clinic and sometimes the copay is different than a primary care visit.

Kane Hall Barry is committed to understanding your insurance plan and providing you with the best estimate of your out of pocket costs before your visit.  These are estimates and are based on the information we received from your insurance company at the time of the inquiry.  Therefore, we try to balance providing those estimates close enough to the appointment for you to make arrangements for payment in full without being so far ahead that we haven’t accounted for all of the monies you may have already paid toward your deductible.

Yes. Our offices follow local school district closing/delay schedules.  The Bedford office will follow the Hurst Euless Bedford ISD schedule, our Keller office will follow Keller ISD schedule, and our Mansfield office follows the Mansfield ISD schedule.  We will post any cancellations on our website under News and on Facebook as soon as possible.

Kane Hall Barry started offering telemedicine visits in March of 2020.  Click here for information about telemedicine.  

Kane Hall Barry has partnered with HealthMark Group services for all of our medical records requests. You can register for an account by clicking here. You can call them directly at 800-659-4035 or go to their website at healthmark-group.com.  Record requests take 7-10 business days to process and may incur a fee per our financial policy.  

Once Kane Hall Barry Neurology has established care and is familiar with your case, you can discuss any disability or FMLA concerns with your provider. Should you need paperwork completed, we utilize MedRecs Management to complete these requests quickly. Kane Hall Barry partners with third-party research resources to match patients with studies. The majority of our patients match with trials via SiteRx although we sometimes partner with other groups. 

If you receive a communication from SiteRx, you will need to work with them directly to participate in the clinical trial you have been matched with. Clinical Trial participation is not mandatory and your care at Kane Hall Barry will not be affected by your decision to participate.
