Who can Request Records

Whether you are a patient, or requesting records on behalf of a patient of Kane Hall Barry, you can now request medical, billing or insurance records electronically with our partner “HealthMark”.  HealthMark provides a quick turnaround time with updates and direct download option. 

If you are not a patient, you will need to submit proof of authorization from the patient for access to their records. Our partner may charge you a fee depending upon the type of request.
