What is Kane Hall Barry doing to keep you safe?

Keeping our patients, staff, and the community safe is our top priority.  We are following the CDC guidelines for medical practices and:

  • Screening all patients when scheduling appointments for symptoms and exposure risk
  • Screening all patients and guests upon arrival for symptoms and exposure risk as well as checking temperature
  • Offering telemedicine – virtual and telephone visits
  • Limiting patients to one guest during in-office visits 
  • Requiring patients and visitors to wear masks
  • Requiring staff to wear masks when providing patient care
  • Limiting the time in the waiting room
  • Allowing for social distancing in the waiting room
  • Disinfecting regularly
  • Rescheduling patients with symptoms of illness

What can you do to keep safe?  You play an important role, not only in your health, but in keeping others around you healthy.  Please:

  • Call 911 in case of a medical emergency
  • Stay home if you are experiencing symptoms of illness
  • Schedule your follow up visits for telemedicine if possible.
  • Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth to protect our staff and other patients
  • Attend your in-person appointment alone
  • Avoid close contact by maintaining at least 6 feet distance between you and others
  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and dispose of the tissue properly
