Why This Policy Exists
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, when a patient misses an appointment or cancels with insufficient notice, many are impacted. In addition to the time staff has spent preparing for your visit, the providers have set aside that time to spend with you, and we miss the opportunity to help another patient needing care. Proper cancellation notice and on time arrivals allow us to work efficiently, maintain appointment availability, respect your time while in our office, and allow for thorough, compassionate care.
As of January 1, 2026 No Show and Late Cancellation Fees
- Office Visits: $30
- Testing, Toxin, Infusion, and Injection Appointments: $100 (Examples include but are not limited to: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Myobloc, Reclast, Prolia, Evenity, Nerve blocks, Injections; Infusion treatments; EMG, EEG, Sleep Study Appointments)
How to Avoid No-Show/Late Cancellation Fees
Cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 business hours’ notice.
- Confirm, cancel, or reschedule from the appointment reminder for most appointments
- Call the clinic at (817) 267-6290 – speak with staff or leave a voicemail
- Log in to your patient portal and send a message
Reminder about Sleep Study Equipment
Sleep study equipment is loaned to patients when needed. During the time the patient has the equipment they are responsible for its safekeeping and timely return. Loss of equipment is subject to $2400 charge and equipment returned late incurs a fee of $150 per day.
Running Late?
If you are running late, please call the clinic and select the “running late” option. This helps us determine whether we can still accommodate your appointment or if rescheduling would be best. If we are unable to accommodate the delayed arrival, you can be rescheduled, and the late cancellation fee will be assessed.
