Syed Hussain, MD

Syed Afzal Hussain, MD is ABPN Board Certified in Neurology and a fellowship-trained movement disorder specialist. He completed his neurology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in movement disorders at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Dr. Hussain practices general neurology and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of movement disorders, including Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, atypical Parkinsonian syndromes such as multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, and corticobasal degeneration, as well as dystonia, ataxia, tic disorders, and spasticity.

He sees patients at both our Bedford and Keller office locations.
