Listening to our patients helps us continuously improve the care and services we provide.
How to Share a Concern
If you have a concern, we encourage you to first speak directly with your neurologist, nurse practitioner, or a member of the administrative staff, when appropriate. Many concerns can be resolved quickly through open communication.
If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, Kane Hall Barry Neurology & Infusion administration will serve as a liaison to help review and address the issue.
Interpreter services and reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
