The office is on the corner of Martin Rd and Harwood. When coming from 121, you will take a left on Martin and the clinic will be on the right.

Been dealing with migraines since I was about 1o years old! My PCP recommended over the counter medicine to combat them after they've started. Dr Shah was having none of that. He said he was going to stop them before they even started. He was concerned & cared about my health and health history. I actually left feeling relieved, already knowing having less migraines with less intensity will elevate health issues of the past, for my future. 5 stars. Highly Recommend.
