Ms. Imke holds ANCC certification as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and Texas licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has a BSN degree from the West Texas A&M University and a Master of Science degree from the University of North Texas.
Mrs. Imke serves on the faculty of the National Parkinson Foundation’s Interdisciplinary Team Training Program and on the advisory board for the Parkinson Alliance in Princeton, NJ.
Ms. Imke has authored numerous publications for families living with movement disorders and dementia. She is a well-known speaker to audiences of health professionals as well as family caregivers on topics related to neurology of aging and living with chronic illness.
Her primary clinical interests include neurodegenerative disorders, dementia, memory problems and Parkinson’s disease.
